1. Almond Butter/ Banana toast

- Almond Butter
- 1 Slice Whole Wheat Bread
- 1/2 Banana sliced
- sprinkle Chia seeds
Toast bread, once toast is ready spread desired amount of almond butter. Arrange the banana slices over the AB and finish with a sprinkle of chia seeds. Hope you enjoy this easy breakfast or snack.
2.Avocado toast

- 1/2 avocado
- half lemon
- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, mix the avocado and lemon together until desired
consistency. spread over toasted bread salt and pepper to taste.
3. Avocado bacon egg and cheese
- 1 medium avocado
- 2 eggs
- bacon bits
- shredded cheese (of your choice)
- salt and pepper
First we start by cutting the avocado in half, and taking out the seed.
Spoon out a bit more of the avocado to make the whole deeper for the
egg. Crack open the egg and pour into one avocado side. Sprinkle salt
and pepper on the egg yolk. Finish with cheese and bacon bits over the
top, repeat for second avocado. Put avocados on a baking sheet in the
oven at a 400 F temp, for about 18-24 minutes.
4. Oatmeal Overnight
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- two fruits
- 1/2 cup nuts/ seeds
Pick any two fruits:
- banana
- strawberry
- mango
- melon
- pineaple
- blueberry
- kiwi
- apple
- dried cranberries/ raisins
In a mason jar, pour in oatmeal, chia seeds, and nuts with choice of
fruits. Next mix in milk and honey or your preferred sweetener. Close
jar and put in fridge overnight. Shake well before eating, and Enjoy!
5. Mix n Match Breakfast Smoothie

- 1 cup Base Option:
- almond milk
- yogurt
- coconut water
- juice
- 1/2 cup Greens:
- kale
- Romaine/ lettuce
- Spinach
- 1/2 Fruit/ vegetables choices:
- banana
- strawberry
- mango
- melon/watermelon
- pineaple
- blueberry
- kiwi
- apple
- oranges/ lemons
- pears
- peach
- cucumber
- celery
- papaya
- carrots
- 1 Tbsp seeds:
- chia
- hemp
- pumpkin
- extra taste:
- peanut butter
- honey
- maple syrup
The best part of making breakfast smoothies is that you can mix and
match the ingredients to your liking. I first pick a base liquid, and
then I add my choice of greens. For fruits and veggies I always choose
2-3 from the list above and mix it into the blender with my choice in
seeds and sweetener. Blend it all up, add some ice for a more chilling
drink!
