  • Almond Butter
  • 1 Slice Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1/2 Banana sliced
  • sprinkle Chia seeds

Toast bread, once toast is ready spread desired amount of almond butter. Arrange the banana slices over the AB and finish with a sprinkle of chia seeds. Hope you enjoy this easy breakfast or snack.

2.Avocado toast

  • 1/2 avocado
  • half lemon
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, mix the avocado and lemon  together until desired consistency. spread over toasted bread salt and pepper to taste.
